These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Immerze Creations. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Immerze Creations provides digital marketing solutions including SEO, website design, branding, paid advertising, video production, social media management, and business profile optimization. The detailed scope of work will be defined in written proposals or agreements.
Payments must be made according to the invoice schedule. Delayed payments may result in service suspension. All service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
All creative assets, marketing strategies, and deliverables remain property of Immerze Creations until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred as agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
We are not liable for algorithm changes, platform suspensions, or external disruptions beyond our control. Liability is limited to the total service fees paid.
Services may be terminated by either party with written notice. In case of termination due to non-payment or breach of terms, no refunds will be issued.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
